Ambassador of Kazakhstan calls on Foreign Minister Asim

At the meeting held in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, both, Minister Asim and Ambassador Bulat exchanged views on further strengthening the close bilateral ties that exist between the two countries.
The Maldives and Kazakhstan have been working closely together on areas of mutual interest at the international fora. Kazakhstan is an active partner on the international front, currently serving as a non-permanent member at the United Nations Security Council.
Foreign Minister Asim was accompanied by Secretary Bilateral, H.E. Mr. Ahmed Khaleel and Assistant Director at the Ministry Foreign Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Suzil.
